Ensuring fairness and dignity across the group
We protect human rights and treat our employees with dignity and respect. We support the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights as set out in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights and in the fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
Ambition
Our goal is to shape a fair and respectful work environment where all employees feel safe and valued.
Targets
- Provide all leaders with training on labor management
- Ensure all leaders are engaged in new ESG initiatives.
Progress
In 2022, we:
- Took the first steps to provide better working conditions for all grooms by increasing their pay significantly and improving their company benefits.
- Launched a new whistleblower scheme, making it possible for all employees to report concerns anonymously.
