Health and Safety

We are committed to create a healthy and safe work environment for our people and to sustainably support their health and performance.

Health and safety at work

At Global Equestrian Group, our long-term success depends on the health and safety of our employees. We believe that a safe and healthy workplace is a fundamental right of every employee.

We operate in an labour-intensive industry, where there is an increased risk of work-related injuries. Many of our processes are not high risk, but accidents may occur.

The primary responsibility for health and safety lies with the management team. The Work Environment Organization (AMO) is a collaborative body between management and employees that ensures management's responsibilities are upheld. This team plays a crucial role in identifying and resolving health and safety issues, while proactively working to prevent future incidents. Additionally, they are tasked with encouraging colleagues to actively contribute to a positive and safe working environment.

Ambition

Our ambition is to conduct all activities in a manner that  protects the health and safety of our employees - both physically and mentally. We want to proactively promote a good working environment where people look forward to coming to work.

  • Maintain or improve the reduction of workplace accidents through continuous training and reinforcement of safety practices.
