At Global Equestrian Group, our team includes both generalists and specialists from different backgrounds, all bringing their unique talents.

  • Make our workplace more attractive to a larger and more diverse group of candidates. 
  • Educate all employees on our diversity & inclusion policies 

Progress

  • As of 2024, women constitute 50.3% of senior leaders across our subsidiary brands.
  • New education offered to blue collar workers in horse welfare.
  • Language courses for foreign employees. 
  • Since 2021 we have offered work-from-home opportunities for all office workers, supporting flexible work arrangements and work-life balance.
