- As of 2024, women constitute 50.3% of senior leaders across our subsidiary brands.
- New education offered to blue collar workers in horse welfare.
- Language courses for foreign employees.
- Since 2021 we have offered work-from-home opportunities for all office workers, supporting flexible work arrangements and work-life balance.
