Our Code of Conduct
All our policies can be found in our Code of Conduct, which is the starting point for understanding how we manage and lead our business responsibly. It articulates the ethical standards and operational principles that every team member must follow, ensuring that our actions are always aligned with the best interests of our stakeholders and the long-term sustainability of our enterprise.
In our governance model, the Code of Conduct sets the tone from the top, influencing every layer of our strategy and day-to-day operations. It is supported by specific policies that detail procedures for horse welfare, sustainability, compliance with law etc.

Ambition
Our ambition is to establish comprehensive policies and programs that promote sustainability, ethical behavior, and operational excellence, setting new benchmarks within the equestrian industry.
Targets
- Ensure all team members are educated on and comply with company policies.
Progress
In 2023, we:
- Launched several new policies aimed at improving our Code of Conduct.
- Conducted training sessions to ensure all employees understand and adhere to our Code of Conduct.
- Updated the Employee Handbook with the latest horse welfare guidelines, reflecting current best practices.
