We always encourage our employees to share their experiences
Since 2022, GEG has had a whistleblower scheme aimed at providing all employees with a platform where they can safely and anonymously report any violations, such as those related to the welfare of the horses or our company's ethical guidelines.
It is important for us to have an anonymous channel where employees can confidently raise concerns and submit reports, knowing that management will follow up on them.
All submissions to the platform are treated with full confidentiality and thoroughly investigated by a representative from the HR department, who assesses the further course of action. Our employees are continuously informed about the scheme, so they are never in doubt about where and how to report a potential violation.
The scheme is administered by the Danish provider WhistleSystems.
