Governance Structure
At GEG, we operate with a two-tier management system that includes the Board of Directors and Executive Management.
Our Board is responsible for setting GEG's strategic direction, overseeing company performance, and supervising Executive Management. This ensures that our strategies are aligned with GEG's long-term objectives.
The Executive Management team handles the day-to-day operations, including the development and execution of strategies and policies. They are responsible for the organization’s operations and ensure timely communication with the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
Importantly, these two bodies are distinct to maintain clear roles and responsibilities: no individual serves on both the Board of Directors and Executive Management.
