About Aviar Saddles 

Aviar Saddles makes top-quality, custom-fit saddles for competitive horse riders. Since 2021, Aviar has partnered with Global Equestrian Group (GEG), working with our marketing and sales teams to make their brand more popular and trusted in the dressage world.

 

Sponsorship goals:

Aviar wanted to bring more people to their website on the "Find a Fitter" page. This page is important because it helps riders find local experts who can tailor saddles to fit them perfectly, matching each rider with the best saddle for their needs.

Brand collaboration

We chose to use our branded stable, Helgstrand Dressage, to help increase traffic to the Aviar site. Helgstrand Dressage has over 300.000 followers across their online platforms and get more than 30 million views pr year.

 

Strategy and Execution 

The campaign featured professional videos with Cary Wallace at the FEI Dressage Championships, where he detailed Aviar's saddle customization process.These videos were important because they showed the detailed work that goes into each saddle.

The ads were set up to feature both Aviar and Helgstrand Dressage as co-senders to emphasize the partnership. In the text, we put emphasis on the riders experience with the Aviar brand and their saddles.

We targeted dressage enthusiasts who value bespoke, high-quality products. These target groups were created based on data from our previous dressage events held around the world. We also retargeted users who had specifically interacted with Helgstrand Dressage’s website and social media profiles within the past 100 days. This choice allowed Aviar to reach an audience that values premium products and is easily influenced by top-tier dressage professionals.

 

Results

The targeted approach resulted in:
